Please review this document thoroughly as it contains highly pertinent information regarding our company’s background and our franchise business program, and copies of documents you may sign when becoming a Franchisee. We recommend that you call or visit our existing franchisees. |
![]() | Field InterviewAfter your application has been processed, the Director of New Business Development for your region of the country will often schedule a face-to-face meeting with you. This meeting will not only provide you with the opportunity to have your questions answered, but also aid us in deciding whether you qualify for approval as a Charley’s Grilled Subs® franchise owner. |
![]() | RecommendationOnce your application has been approved, your financial statement and credit score have been validated and our Director of Regional Development is comfortable about making a positive recommendation on your candidacy, you will be invited to visit our corporate office in Columbus, Ohio. |
![]() | Invitation to Discovery Day at Corporate HeadquartersDuring this visit you will participate in a two day program where you will receive a more in depth introduction to Charley’s Grilled Subs®. You will meet with each department to learn their role in the franchise support system, interview with members of our executive committee and will spend some time “behind the scenes” in one of our Columbus, OH locations. This program often culminates in the signing of a Franchise Agreement and submitting the Franchisee Fee. |
