What flavors are available?
We have vanilla soft serve machines and a variety of toppings and mix-ins to enjoy: Oreo® cookies, chocolate sauce, and real fruit strawberry syrup.
How are Charleys Cheesesteaks milkshakes made?
Our signature handspun milkshakes are available in four flavors—Chocolate, Strawberry, Cookies & Cream, and Vanilla. We take vanilla soft serve ice cream as a base and blend it with your choice of flavor and creamy milk.
What goes into Charleys Cheesesteaks sundaes?
We have three ice cream sundae options– Chocolate, Strawberry, and Oreo® Cookies & Cream. Or, you can enjoy vanilla soft serve ice cream in a dish, topped with a generous topping of your choice—chocolate sauce, real fruit strawberry pieces, or crumbled Oreo® cookies.
Do guests have to add toppings?
No! Our soft-serve vanilla ice cream is also available on its own, served in a dish or cake cone. Select locations will offer free ice cream cones for kids!

Can I order frozen treats online?
Right now, we do not offer frozen treats for online ordering at order.charleys.com or through the Charleys Rewards app. The reason is simple – we don’t want your ice cream to melt before you get to eat it! Frozen treats are available in-store at select locations only. If you want to try a shake, sundae, or cone from Charleys, stop by your nearest participating Charleys and order in person.
How do you know if your local Charleys carries frozen treats?
Frozen treats are available at many Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings locations. Check the menu at your closest Charleys to see if your hometown offers frozen treats!
