The Kimchi Cheesesteak has Arrived!

What is Kimchi?

First, let’s establish what kimchi is: it’s a traditional Korean dish made with salted and fermented (think bread or kombucha) vegetables and can have a sweet, sour or spicy flavoring. Kimchi is often used in the Korean dish Kimchi jjigae, and as a complement to fried rice, stir-fry, noodles and sandwiches.
