How do I use my Charley Cheesesteaks gift card?
Woohoo! You got a gift card. Here’s how to use it on your orders:
Egift card:
When redeeming the card in-store, scan the barcode you received via email at the register to pay for your order. If it doesn’t scan, use the number provided in the email.
When redeeming the card online, use the number and PIN provided in the email at checkout.
Physical gift card:
When redeeming the card in-store, swipe your card when promoted.
When redeeming the card online, use the number and PIN provided on the card at checkout.
How do I buy a gift card online?
Just head to our online portal, purchase your preferred card, and check out! Egift cards will be delivered to the recipient via email, and physical gift cards are delivered in the mail to the mailing address you provide. If you’re buying this as a gift, you can leave a gift message! Then, provide your billing and credit card payment information.
What credit cards do you accept?
You can buy egift cards and physical gift cards using Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards.
How do I check my card balance?
Just enter the Card Number and PIN number in our card lookup portal.
My gift card isn’t working! What do I do?
Oh no! What a bummer. First, check your gift balance and make sure you have funds on your card. If you have funds and your card still isn’t working, get in touch with us by leaving a review at https://www.charleys.com/about/feedback/
Leave details of your experience at the location where you attempted to use the card. We’ll get in touch with you to help troubleshoot.
Does my local Charleys accept gift cards?
Unfortunately, some of our stores do not accept physical or digital gift cards due to their register setup (it’s a boring technical thing). Our military base locations and TA Travel Plaza locations do not accept gift cards.
